We want you to love your Hunter boots, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Place the boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping carton, then attach the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
